The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program helps families with children, ages 0 to 12, and senior citizens, ages 62 and greater, by providing Christmas assistance.

Captain Stacey Connell with the Salvation Army serving Lincoln, Seminole and Pottawatomie counties announced new procedures for Angel Tree registration. Because of the COVID-19 situation, changes had to be made for those needing to apply for the service.

First, applicants must call (405) 275-2243 to register. You will be given a code to apply online and an in-person appointment to bring all documents for verification.

Applicants must complete in full the online application prior to the inperson appointment.

On the date of your inperson appointment, all required documentation must be provided or the application will be removed. Only one person will be allowed at the appointment and masks must be worn.

For more information, call the number above.
