A Stroud woman faces a dozen felonies after an assortment of drugs were found in her possession in a Lincoln County jail cell, authorities report. Gretchan Ruth Acosta, 49, has been formally charged in Lincoln County District Court with 11 counts of possession of contraband and one count of bringing contraband into jail/penal institution.
