A Davenport woman faces a felony and two misdemeanorsfollowing her arrest by a Prague police officer.
Formal charges were filed in Lincoln County District Court Feb. 26, 2025 against Alicia Nicole Wilson, 37. The charges include felony assault and battery on a police officer and misdemeanors resisting an officer and assault and battery.
Special Judge Emily Mueller set her bond at $5,000. When the defendant didn’t show up for her initial appearance on March 6, the judge took under advisement a bench warrant until March 13.
In count 1, the felony, Wilson is accused on Feb. 20, 2025 of assault and battery on a police officer by striking Prague Police Officer Antwine Harper by kicking him with the intent to injure him.
Count 2 charges her on the same day of resisting an officer by pulling her arms away and trying to break free from Harper.
In count 3, she is accused of assault and battery on a woman on the same day by striking her face and ripping off her glasses with force and violence.
