A woman from Meeker and a Shawnee man, each charged with three felonies, have pleaded innocent to all the counts. Their cases have been scheduled for a December felony disposition docket.
Megan Marie Nash, 32, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court March 19, 2024 with child neglect, a felony, and intimidation of witness, a felony.
Jonathon Lee Nice, 36, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court March 19, 2024 with two counts of child abuse.
A $50,000 bench warrant for each of them was issued for their arrest on these most recent charges.
Court records show the warrant was returned and filed on March 25 and they are both due back in court at 1:30 p.m. with an attorney on the latest charges.
On Sep. 22, 2023, each was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court with child abuse.
Each pleaded innocent to the counts during their arraignments on Nov. 5.
