Area high schools havebegun releasing their lists of valedictorians andsalutatorians.

Here are the ones from-Carney, Agra,

Riley Studebaker is the daughter of Kristin and Jeffery Studebaker and has attended Carney Public Schools since pre-K.

Studebaker has been class president for three years, made the principal and superintendent’s honor rolls, and was co-captain for cheer for one year.

Clubs and organizations that Studebaker has been part of are Student Council for four years, Carrey’s Mentoring Group for two years, FFA for one year, cheerleading for four years, National Technical Honor Society and FCCLA.

Studebaker’s community involvement includes the school carnival, Student Council Car Wash, and bringing baked goods to sporting events.

After graduation, Studebaker plans to attend Oklahoma State University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management. She hopes to become a business owner.

Presley Swindell, Salutatorian 

Presley Swindell is the daughter of Dustin and Ashley Swindell and has attended Carney Public Schools since eighth grade.

Swindell has a 3.98 GPA and is a member of the Oklahoma Honor Society. S he has also made basketball all-conference four years and has won basketball dedication and Offensive Player of the Year, made the Paden All-Tournament team and scored 1,000 career points.

For softball, Swindell has won Offensive Player of the Year and the Perseverance Award.

She has won a Certificate of Excellence in English, math, government and science.

Swindell’s community involvement includes helping put flags at the cemetery in remembrance of passed veterans and teaching young kids new skills during basketball season.

After graduation, Swindell plans to attend Cottey College and continue her basketball career there.

Charles “Garrett” Smith Valedictorian

Charles “Garrett” Smith is the son of Angela Smith and Chuck Smith. He has attended Agra Public Schools for 11 years.

Smith has a 3.92 GPA and is on the honor roll. He’s also the senior class president, made the Seminole State College Dean’s Honor Roll, is the captain of the basketball team, and captain of the academic

Agra

team.

Clubs and organizations that Smith has been part of are basketball for four years, academic team for four years, Family Career Community Leaders of America for four years, Business Professionals of America for four years, and choir for two years.

Smith’s community involvement includes programs through Agra Public Schools, Agra First Baptist Church, and the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma.

After graduation, Smith plans to attend Seminole State College to pursue an associate’s degree and then attend Oklahoma State University for a bachelor’s degree.

Alize Hallmark, Salutatorian

Alize Hallmark is the daughter of Brandy Robinson and granddaughter of Debbie Robinson. She has attended Agra Public Schools for seven years.

Hallmark has a 3.62 GPA and is on the honor roll. She has also made the Dean’s Honor Roll at Seminole State College.

Clubs and organizations that Hallmark has been a part of are choir for one year and art for three years.

After graduation, Hallmark plans to go to college to get a good job.
