Charles Wayne Canada, 67, of Wellston, Okla., died April 15, 2022, after a three-year battle with cancer.
Canada was born Aug. 28, 1954, to Wayne and Mary Canada of Harrah, Okla. He married Sandy in 2003.
He worked for Power Equipment and Engineering, working his way up to become General Manager at age 23. He retired in 2019.
Charles was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Canada.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Canada; wife, Sandy; children and their spouses, Cambra and Scott Strawn, Robert and Kevin Canada, Jessi and David Neumann, Josie Hamby, and Lyric Canada; brothers, Dan Canada, Walter Canada, and John Canada and his wife Lou; four grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Services were held Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Trinity Baptist Church in Wellston under the direction of Brown’s Family Funeral Home in McLoud, Okla.
