The American Legion Auxiliary recently held their March meeting. The Unit welcomed two new members, Kathy Elerick and Davina McGee. The group began preparations for their annual Memorial Day program and the placing of flags on all veteran’s graves. Watch the paper for more details in May when volunteers will be needed to help with the flags. Thanks always to Ken and Celeste Carpenter and Carpenter Insurance for supplying the almost eight hundred flags needed to honor each veteran.
