Jacob Jordan nailed a winning three-point shot as time ticked away Friday night, giving McLoud a 64-61 win over 8th-ranked North Rock Creek.
The win lifted the Redskins to a 13-4 record, which they pushed to 14-4 Saturday night with a win over Jones.
The win over NRC was a North Canadian River Conference victory and was the Redskins’ second in a row over a Top 10 team. They beat Prague, ranked 3rd in Class 3A, by 16 in the third-place game of the 66 Conference tournament.
North Rock Creek’s girls won their game against McLoud, 68-26, to even their record at 9-9.
