Keith Ray Jarvis was born June 2, 1950, in Oklahoma City to Charles Jarvis and Fannie (Brashere). He passed away on November 19, 2024, in Wellston at the age of 74.Keith was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and his two brothers.

The three-day filing period for school board offices opens next Monday, Dec. 2, and runs through Wednesday, Dec. 4.Election Board offices in Lincoln and Pottawatomie Counties will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A Norman man facing two charges has pleaded guilty to both and received deferred prison sentences.David Ade, 57 at the time, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court Oct.
