Patricia Jean Brown of Agra went to be with Jesus on October 17, 2024. Patricia Jean was known to all as Jean.
ShewasbornMarch30, 1947, to Charles Toles andLovey(Thompson) Toles. She was born and raised in Agra and graduated Agra High School in 1965.
She married her one and only love Lynn Brown, on August 20, 1965. They lived in Stillwater a short time while Lynn attended Oklahoma State University before making their home inAgra. She and Lynn built a successful dairy farm together. They were known for having the cleanest milk barn around. Jean took great pride in the cleanliness of her home and farm. Lynn and Jean worked side by side every day on their farm. This was a simple and humble life they both loved until Lynn passed away in 2018. Even after Lynn’s passing, you could find Jean on the tractor, feeding cows and brush-hogging her farm. Being on her tractor and tending to her calves gave her genuine happiness. She was passionate about her farm and livestock throughout her life and always had the nicest looking farm for miles around.
Jean was baptized into the Agra Church of the Firstborn on April 23, 1972. She was very dedicated to her church. She loved to sing hymns, read her Bible and speak of her love of the Lord. God blessed her with a strong and feisty spirit that served her well and she carried it with her until the end of her life. In addition to the feisty side she had a kind, generous heart that touched many lives and will always be remembered. Her beautiful smile and contagious laugh, even in her last days, will lay softly on the hearts of her family and caretakers. Jean was exceptionally close to her nieces and nephews, and she was dearly loved by all of them.
