Lincoln County commissioners this week voted to authorize filling two positions at the County Fair Barn and appointed a group to conduct interviews and make the decision.
The positions are a maintenance worker and administrator with the maintenance worker serving as administrator on a as needed basis.
There are two current employees who will be interviewed for those positions.
The group conducting the interview will include one county commissioner, and three others with one of those a Fair Board member.
Commissioners approved the scope of services with WSB Engineering for a bridge in District 3 and adopted a CBRI resolution for that bridge for engineering services.
They also approved an intergovernmental cooperative agreement for the Sheriff’s Department.
In other business, commissioners: Took no action on the Health Department using BKL as construction manager for a remodel.
Approved the Health Department going out for bid for a new generator.
Took no action until the next meeting on an amended contract between the Sheriff’s Department and Turn Key Health Clinics, LLC.
Approved policies on Hepatitis B, Emergency Protection, Bloodborne Pathogen and Hazard Communication.
Approved a Declaration of Surplus for the Sheriff’s Department.
Adopted a resolution of agreement between the Sheriff’s Office and Kellyville Police Department for trade of surplus property.
Took no action on a Cas Land and Title mineral letter.
Adopted a resolution for Circuit Engineering District (CED4) Board of Directors.
Adopted a resolution appointing Board of Directors for the Fallis Fire Department.
Adopted a resolution appointing requesting/ receiving/inventory officers for the Election Board and the Sheriff’s Department.
Approved amended SEFA reports for 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Approved a quote for a PC for the Fair Board.
Approved a General Fund Reimbursement resolution.
Approved the Purchase Card Payment Approval form.
