One of the three candidates seeking Office No. 5 on the Prague Board of Education received more than 60 percent of the vote in the recent school election.
Agra voters overwhelmingly approved their bond proposal. In the Prague election, Levi Lee garnered 272 votes which equaled 61.26 percent and he won the seat outright.
The other candidates receiving votes were Katherine Sprague with 126 and Jason Reddick with 46.
Agra voters approved the $595,000 bond proposal with 72 voting in favor and only five opposed. It easily won with 93.51 percent in favor to only 6.49 percent against it.
It will be used to construct, equip, repair and remodel school buildings.
