A Meeker man is facing rape charges following his arrest by Lincoln County law enforcement officers.
Two charges of first degree rape by force or fear were formally filed in Lincoln County District Court Apr. 28, 2025 against Christopher Eugene Stone, 42.
He appeared before Associate District Judge Joe Dobry on Apr. 21 who set his bond at $250,000. He made his initial appearance on May 1. His prepreliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. May29.
In counts 1 and 2 Stone is accused of between March 5, 2016 and March 4, 2019 of committing the crime of first degree rape against a young girl who
