Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative (CVEC) has partnered with CoBank’s Sharing Program to provide financial assistance to up to three non-profits in their service area, according to a press release.
CVEC and CoBank will allocate up to $15,000 total for the grant program ($7,500 from each), which they are currently accepting applications for.
The press release said that any interested programs need to complete their applications by Monday, July 7. The CVECares Committee will choose the winning organizations based on the merit of their application.
“We are thrilled to continue our tradition of supporting the communities we serve,” said Kaci Dennis, Communications Outreach Coordinator at CVEC. “This initiative reaffirms our commitment to empowering nonprofit organizations that make a positive impact in our service territory.”
