Tammie Yvette Davis, 43, of Tulsa and Jason Tanner O’rion Hobgood, 22, of Tulsa are charged with conspiracy, endeavoring to deliver and possess CDS and unlawful use of communication facility.
According to the affidavit filed by Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff George Kelly Coleman, Davis placed a lotion bottle with 2.8 grams of methamphetamine, 40.9 grams of marijuana, 4.1 grams of marijuana resin and two small L8STAR cell phones in the bracket of the dumpster behind the jail on Saturday, Jan. 18.
Investigators reviewed phone calls made by Hobgood to Davis and learned that Davis is Hodgood’s mother, according to the affidavit.
According to the affidavit, while on a phone call with Hobgood, Davis said she had to pawn her vehicle to be able to purchase the drugs and phones.
During one phone call Hobgood and Davis openly discuss how they are going to have the drugs and phones packaged and delivered, according to the affidavit.
Davis will have her initial appearance Monday, Feb. 10 at 1:00 p.m. and Hobgood will have his initial appearance Thursday, Mar. 5 at 1:30 p.m.
