Stroud senior Katlyn Hughey has been playing slowpitch softball for five years.
“It’s disappointing and I selfishly wish we could finish out the way we were supposed to and the way we hear about, but I know that this is how it’s supposed to be and there will be some good come out of it,” she said.
Now that she has extra time without the practices and games, Hughey said it has been nice to slow down.
“It’s nice to be at home with my family and see them everyday, even if we get a little tired of each other,” she said.
