Jerome Lewis Piggie

Jerome Lewis Piggie was born November 19, 1983, in Shawnee, Okla., and died Thursday, November 5, 2020, at his home in Midwest City, Okla. He was 36 years old.

Piggie attended high school in Okemah where he met Shelly Milligan. They were married March 24, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and an uncle.

Survivors include his mother Carletta Piggie of Midwest City; his father Gary Parker of Chandler; his wife Shelly Piggie of the home; three children, Henrietta LaJoy Rhodes, Ladaija Monique Piggie and Avion Deshawn Piggie; his sister Erika Piggie and brother Shawn Parker; his maternal grandmother; and other family and friends.

A funeral was held Saturday, November 14, 2020, in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements.

The Rev. Ed Wilson officiated and burial followed at Boley Cemetery.
