Lois Ann Sol

Lois Ann Sol was born to Arthur and Myrtle (Swanson) Cook on February 13, 1927, in Missoula, Mont. She died Sunday, January 17, 2021, at her home north of Chandler. She was 93 years old.

Sol showed and sold paint horses along with her husband John Dirk Sol.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, her son John Dirk Jr., and her sister Wanda Alsaker.

Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Hoover, Geneva Dawley and husband David and Jana Steele and husband Jack, all of Chandler; her daughter in-law, Alice Sol of Missoula; her sister Lola Mae LeProwse of Missoula; 11 grandchildren and their spouses; numerous greatgrandchildren; and other family and friends.

Final arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service, Chandler.
