Juanita Sue Williams was born to Raymond Sr. and Jessie Oneida (Westlake) Phillips on March 21, 1945, in Deport, Texas. She died Wednesday, April 15, 2020, in Oklahoma City at the age of 75 years.
Williams worked as a seamstress in a garment factory.
Preceding her in death were her parents and three siblings, Raymond Phillips Jr., James Thomas Phillips and T.L. Phillips.
Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Paul Williams of the home; her siblings, Ernie Phillips, Geraldine Fry, Bertha Cook, Mildred Williams, Dot Adams and Linda McGee; and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held when regulations allow for larger gatherings. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
