The Region 2 schools have selected the following coaches and one student for various spring awards.
Rance Plukett, pictured to the left, for baseball, Tim Hinds, pictured to the right, for being an assistant coach, Lezli Robinson, pictured to the bottom right, for slow pitch softball, Bob Wood, pictured below, for athletic director and Mason Baade, pictured to the bottom left, for golf were selected by the 60 Region 2 schools to receive the Region 2 Coach of the Year award.
These recipients will now compete against the other seven regions in Oklahoma for the Coach of the Year and Male Athlete for the State award.
