A Meeker man and a Newalla woman have been charged with conspiracy and the woman also has been charged with another felony.

Tristan Nichole Fuller, 38, and Warren Christopher Rawls, 39, were charged in Lincoln County District Court with conspiracy.

Both appeared before Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk on May 24 and she set the bond for each of them at $10,000. Rawls also had a further initial on that date and his pre-preliminary hearing was scheduled for June 22.

On that date, Special Judge Emily Mueller continued the matter for Rawls until June 29 for conflict representation, according to public records.

The conspiracy count alleges that on May 24 of this year Fuller and Rawls conspired for Fuller to dissolve methamphetamine into water and saturating it onto paper, then sending the paper to Rawls who was at the time incarcerated in the Lincoln County Jail, furthering the conspiracy.

Fuller, on the same day, is accused of possession of firearm after former felony conviction, by having in her possession at the residence where she resides a Heritage Arms 22 Revolver located by her bed after she had been convicted of possession of CDS in a case in Pottawatomie County on Oct. 24, 2012.

Fuller also was charged earlier this year in Lincoln County District Court with another felony, knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property.

Fuller was in court on June 22 and is due back in court July 20 on all of the charges.

Rawls also was charged in April with knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property.
