Preliminary hearings for a Meeker pair have been scheduled on two felony counts of child related charges filed in June.
Linda, Stone, 64, and Billy Stone, 66, were formally charged in Lincoln County District Court in June. Those charges include enabling child sexual abuse and child neglect.
They are being held on $250,000 bonds. They made their initial appearance before Special Judge Emily Mueller in June.
She has scheduled their preliminary hearings for 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 7. The day charges were filed against them, $250,000 bench warrants were issued for their arrest and within a short time those warrants were returned and filed.
Each is accused of conjointly enabling the crime of enabling child sexual abuse and the crime of child neglect between March 5, 2016 and March 4, 2019.
