Meeker Town Board of Trustees this week approved a couple of building permits and meeting as the Public Works Authority handled several other items of businsess.
Their actions came during a special meeting.
Trustees approved a building permit submitted by Brent and Delayna Pearcy.
They also approved a building permit submitted by Meeker Nursing Home. Town Administrator Jeff Wilbourn explained to Trustees that permit was to allow the nursing home to build on the north end of the building apavilion that will be enclosed and gated.
Meeting as the PWA, Trustees accepted the close out documents for 2022 OWRB REAP Water System Improvement Project, Wilbourn noted.
Trustees voted to remove Mary Conner from all PWA checking, savings, Police Bond and Visa accounts and add Kimberly Haynes as a signer on all current checking, savings accounts, Police Bond and Visa credit card accounts. Signers will include Donna Weber, Mayor, Michael Orman, Vice Mayor, Kimberly Haynes, Town Clerk and Treasurer.
They voted to remove Mary Conner as Treasurer and add Kimberly Haynes as the Treasurer for the Town of Meeker and Meeker Public Works Authority.
