A Lincoln County Jail inmate already facing multiple felonies and a misdemeanor, has a new felony filed against him following a disturbance in the jail in which property was allegedly damaged.
A formal charge of malicious injury to property over $1,000 was filed April 19 in Lincoln County District Court against Eliah Lively, 25, of Wellston.
He appeared before Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk on April 16 and she set his bond at $5,000. His initial appearance on the new charge is scheduled for May 2.
Preliminary hearings have been scheduled for Lively who faces felony kidnapping and domestic assault and battery by strangulation charges in addition to other felonies. A misdemeanor charge was also filed against him.
Lively was formally charged Sep. 15, 2023 in Lincoln County District Court with the kidnapping and domestic assault and battery by strangulation counts. A $25,000 bench warrant was issued for his arrest and the same day the warrant was returned and filed.
