Steven David Franklin passed away surrounded by family on Friday, October 25, 2024, in Stroud, OK.Steven was born to Shannon and Katherine (Brown) Franklin on Monday, October 28, 1963 in Pawnee, OK.
Steven is preceded in death by his parents and sister. He leaves behind his wife, a daughter, two sons, seven step children, four sisters,numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many more extended family and friends.
