A woman previously convicted of first degree manslaughter faces a new felony following her arrest recently in Lincoln County.
Jennifer Renae McFarlin, 42, of Mustang was charged in Lincoln County District Court on March 14, 2025 with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a felony.
She appeared before Associate District Judge Joe Dobry on March 13. He set her bond at $100,000 and scheduled her initial appearance for 9 a.m. today.
McFarlin is accused on March 12, 2025 of operating a Volkswagen on Interstate 44, the Turner Turnpike, at mile marker 158 while she was under the influence of alcohol.
Supplemental information filed by Assistant District Attorney Rachel Thompson shows that on Jan. 25, 2019 McFarlin was convicted in Okmulgee County District Court of first degree manslaughter.
Court records show that McFarlin pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 25 years in the Department of Corrections with all except the first five years suspended.
