Prague senior Hailey Johnson and North Rock Creek junior Elisha Pelter cruised to wins at the Heartland Championship at North Rock Creek Saturday morning.
Johnson covered the 3200 meter course in 12:36.42 to win by 20 seconds. Teammae Jocelyn Ward finished second as Prague took four of the first five spots and easily won the team Class 3A team title.
Prague is ranked second in the state. North Rock Creek took five of the top six spots in the Class 4A boys competition to out-distance runnerup Stilwell.
Pelter toured the 5K course in 18:02.18.
