Donald Lee Jones was born August 19, 1943, in Jones, Okla. He died Saturday, November 21, 2020, in Edmond, Okla., at the age of 77 years.
Jones, the son of Paul Lee and Velma (Lindsey) Jones, married Linda Buzzard in 1963.
A 1961 graduate of Jones High School, he worked for Macklenburg-Duncan and retired from M-D Building Products.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his sister Pauline Smith; and four brothers-in-law, Delbert Smith, Jerry Swanson, Johnny Buzzard and Ray Dean Gallaher.
Survivors include his wife Linda Jones of the home; his sister June Swanson of Jones; his sister-in-law Barbara Gallaher; and other family and friends.
A funeral service was held Wednesday, November 25, 2020, in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements. Burial followed at Jones IOOF Cemetery.
