Services with military honors were held for Billy Steven Real on Monday, December 14, 2020, in the chapel of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston, which handled the final arrangements. Burial followed at Rossville Cemetery in Wellston.
Real was born May 22, 1949, in Oklahoma City and died Thursday, December 10, 2020, at his home in Wellston. He was 71 years old.
A 1968 graduate of Wellston High School, he served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired as a welder for OG&E and was a member of Wellston Christian Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents Willie and Clethal (Watson) Real, brother David Real and sister Shirley Lowe.
Survivors include his daughters and sons-inlaw, Tracy and Al Long of Lincoln County, Tina and Buster Holder of Meeker and Kristi Williams of Wellston; four granddaughters; two great-grandchildren; his brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Janice Real of Wellston; and other family and friends.
