A Chandler man faces two felonies following disturbances and incidents involving several people in early March at an apartment complex.
Formal charges were filed March 30 in Lincoln County District Court against Nathaniel Donald Boggs, 33. He is charged with first degree burglary and feloniously pointing a firearm.
The first degree burglary count accuses Boggs of breaking into the apartment of Audra Yoacham with the intent to commit the crime of feloniously pointing a weapon on March 9 of this year.
Count 2 alleges Boggs feloniously pointed a firearm at Yoacham for the purpose of intimidating her on the same day in Lincoln County.
Court records show Special Judge Emily Mueller issued a $30,000 bench warrant on March 30 for the arrest of Boggs. The warrant was returned and filed on April 1 and Boggs appeared before Judge Mueller on that date.
During a hearing, she ordered the $30,000 bond remain in effect. The judge scheduled an initial appearance for Boggs at 1:30 p.m. on April 22.
Chandler police, Lincoln County deputies and state troopers were involved in helping with the investigation.
