Stroud’s administration is hopeful that the school’s new baseball complex will be completed for use as early as next spring.
The complex is located on Allied Rd, and construction is well underway.
Joe VanTuyl, the superintendent for Stroud Public Schools, is hopeful that tournaments and events will be able to use the complex as early as Spring 2022, and VanTuyl said he has heard positive remarks from the community about it.
Boynton Williams and Associates is the architect for the complex, and has been involved in varying projects with Stroud Public School.
The estimated cost is $4,131,630.
With the summer months approaching, the Stroud Public School Board approved summer camps for participation and facilities usage with previous existing facilities during May, June, July and August 2021.
