There are a lot of moving pieces to a high school football game and a lot of people who do important things to make it happen. Here are a few shots from the Chandler-Hennessey game of some of the essential people who made it happen.
Upper left, Brian Choate, athletic trainer from McBride Orthopedic Hospital, wraps an ankle before the Lions head out for warmups.
Top right, is Kyle Robbins, who always makes sure the officials have a ball ready to put into play for a Lions’ possession.
Below him are the friendly faces of Natalie Choate and Heather Kliewer, who take tickets on the home side of the field. Below them are managers Kaylee Choate and Makinlee Metheny.
At left, Makayela Dawkins, Taryn Rusk, Calista Schardt, Harley Cargill, Tatum Crouch and Macie Davis, waiting to lead the Lions onto the rield.
Middle left, are band members Haylie Thomas, Elijah Brown, James Kerr, Samuel Gardner, Lily Milam, Jack Weger, Evan Yates and Gage Crews moments before striking up the National Anthem.
Bottom left, is the chain gang, Clay Zimbelman, Jimmie Brannon, Kyle Goeller and James Mackey.
Below, Susan Mortion and Crystal Grubbs keep the grill hot and the burgers coming through the concession stand.
