A time capsule almost lost to time has been unearthed in Chandler.Discovered in a forgotten corner of the Public Works department, the capsule was presented to the City Council at its regular meeting on Dec. 9, along with a brick that said to open in 2026.

CMA rejects contract amendment

The Chandler Municipal Authority rejected a contract amendment from SRB Engineering for services related to the water treatment plant at their regular meeting on Dec. 9. The amendment asked for an additional $268,900.

Lily Milam, Finley West and Jaycee Cross have been selected as the Lions of the Month for December by the Chandler Lions Club.Lily Milam is the daughter of Rusty and Ginger Milam. She has a 4.0 GPA and is ranked first in her class.
