Richard James Knight

Richard James “Rick” Knight, 81, of Oklahoma City was born to Charley George and Beatrice Elizabeth (Dossey) Fisher on Nov. 25, 1940. He died Friday, Dec. 24, 2021. A 1958 graduate of Meeker High School, Rick worked as a forester in Oregon before driving a truck for Sylvania and Pinkerton.

Carl Edward Barrett

Carl Edward Barrett of Nicoma Park, Okla., was born to Clarence and Patsy (Vann) Barrett on July 10, 1952, in Chandler. He died Sunday, January 2, 2022, in Oklahoma City after a brief battle with cancer. He was 69 years old.

L.P. Melton Jr.

L.P. Melton Jr. was peacefully called home to his Heavenly Father on January 8, 2022. He laid down to take a nap and woke up in the arms of Jesus. L.P. was known to all his friends as “Jr.” He was born July 3, 1929, in Bristow, Okla., to L.P. “Ted” and Ora (Reed) Melton.
