Robert Neal Heavin was born November 11, 1928, on a small farm west of Cement and north of Cyril, Okla. He died Thursday, July 16, 2020, in Mertzon, Texas, at the age of 91 years. Heavin served in the United States Air Force and was a member of Southern Baptist Church of Chandler.

Shannan Denise Hardie
