Hearing set in drug case

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for a Meeker man who was arrested after officers served a search warrant on his residence across from the Town Hall. A formal felony charge was filed in Lincoln County District Court Sep. 23, 2022 against John Henry Hagar, 34.

Davenport man faces five felonies

A Davenport man faces five felonies after he was arrested for allegations of sex-related charges with a 15-year-old minor. Eric Lebaron Bromley, 47, was formally charged July 14 in Lincoln County District with four counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 and one count of child neglect.

A $50,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of an Agra man charged with kidnapping and two other felonies following his arrest by Lincoln County authorities.
