Pre-preliminary hearings have been set for a Chandler man facing multiple felonies in three separate cases.
Christopher Allen Michael Hyde, 20, was charged Nov. 10 in Lincoln County District Court with knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property.
A $7,500 bench warrant was issued for his arrest on the same day he was charged. A week later, the warrant was returned and filed, court records show.
On Dec. 9, Special Judge Emily Mueller ordered him to reappear in court today, Dec. 30.
Prosecutors filed three more felonies in Lincoln County District on Dec. 6 against Hyde in two separate cases.
On Dec. 30, Judge Mueller, during Hyde’s initial appearance, scheduled pre-preliminary hearings for him at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 24.
In one case, he is charged with second degree burglary and grand larceny. In another case, he is charged with second degree burglary.
A $10,000 bench warrant was issued on that same day in the second degree and grand larceny case and returned and filed three days later. Judge Mueller ordered the bond remain as previously set on those charges and set the cause for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 30.
A $5,000 bench warrant was issued on Dec. 6 for Hyde on the other case of second degree burglary and returned and filed Dec. 9. Again, Judge Mueller ordered the bond remain as previously set and for Hyde to appear at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 30.
In the knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property count, Hyde is accused of buying or receiving personal property of a value of $1,000 or more, specifically by buying or receiving sports team trading cards, comic books, action figures, toys, miniature cars, WiiU accessories, a model airplane and posters that had been stolen from Jennifer McEntire and John Lara.
The charge further states Hyde knew or had reason to know the property had been stolen and by concealing the property at his residence located at 750035 S. Kelly Road near the Town of Agra in Lincoln County.
The second degree burglary count accuses him of breaking and entering into a workshop owned by Kevin Brown in Lincoln County with the intent to steal tools and other personal property.
The grand larceny charge states Hyde took personal property consisting of tools, valued at about $1,500 that belonged to Brown.
The other second degree burglary charge accuses Hyde of breaking and entering into a house owned by Lara and McEntire in the Town of Agra in Lincoln County with the intent to steal comic books and other items of personal property.
According to the records, Judge Mueller ordered that the receiving or concealing stolen property count trail the other three.
