A Stroud motorist, who has at least four previous felony convictions and who was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, pleaded guilty and been sentenced.
Joshuah Dylan Standley, 33, was charged in Lincoln County District Court on Jan. 8, 2024,with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
He waived his preliminary hearing. During his arraignment recently before District Judge John Canavan, Standley entered an innocent plea. The judge received the plea and scheduled his cause for the felony disposition docket on Sep. 30.
