Hearing continued

A hearing has been continued for a McLoud man already convicted of two previous felonies facing a new felony following his arrest recently by a Lincoln County deputy.

James Leroy Robertson, 45, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court with travcking in illegal drugs.

He appeared Sep. 26 before Associate District Judge Joe Dobry who set his bond at $75,000.

He made his initial appearance on Oct. 16 before Special Judge Emily Mueller who has scheduled another hearing for 9 a.m. Oct. 30.

Judge Mueller has continued that hearing until 9 a.m. Dec. 11, 2025.

Robertson is accused on Sep. 25, 2025 of possessing one gram or more of Fentanyl, a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

Supplemental informa- tion filed in the case by Assistant District Attorney Kelly Trimble shows that Robertson was convicted on May 23, 2022 in Pottawatomie County District Court of Count 1, Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Count 2, of possession of a firearm after former con viction of a felony.
