A man charged with four counts of sex related acts with a minor has pleaded innocent and his case has been set for a felony disposition docket in December.
Formal charges were filed July 26, 2023 in Lincoln County District Court against Bradley Jacobs, 20, address unknown.
A $20,000 bench warrant was initially issued and later returned and filed.
He waived his preliminary hearing.
Appearing for his arraignment recently before District Judge Sarah Bridge, Jacobs pleaded innocent. Judge Bridge set his case for the felony disposition docket at 9 a.m. Dec. 17.
Jacobs is accused of four counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16.
According to court records, the warrant was returned and filed Sep. 11. He made an appearance before Special Judge Emily Mueller Sep. 21. He appeared again before her on on Dec. 21. His pre-preliminary was held on March 21.
According to the information in the charges, each of alleged crimes occurred between July 26, 2015 and July 25, 2016.
