Meeker Board of Education members this week approved the final 2025-2026 Estimate of Needs and Financial Statement, and approved the annual school election resolution.
School Supt. Jeff Pruitt reported the 2025-2026 Estimate of Needs totals $11,422,055.66 and he said that is up a little bit.
Concerning the school election, Office No. 1 will be on the ballot and Board President Lindell Standlee currently holds that position.
Board members approved the Meeker Youth League using the old and elementary gyms.
They approved of administering the ACT to eligible juniors in the spring of 2026.
They accepted the resignation requests of Emily Knight, high school/middle school cafeteria and Rachel Winn, school nurse.
They approved of offering a contract for the 20252026 school year to Tracy Brown for high school/ middle school cafeteria.
