A story in the July 9 issue of this newspaper stated the Lincoln County commissioners had approved $50 raises for county employees. The commissioners haven’t approved the raises yet. They have agreed to try and include the raises in the fiscal year budget that they will approve this fall.
The motion was, “The Commissioners requested that Wagnon (County Clerk Alicia) bring new numbers to the next meeting that include a $50 raise for County employees and exclude District Barns’ Salaries and Health Insurance.”
