Cheer squads from Chandler and Stroud qualified for the Game Day State Competition over the weekend at the regional competition at the 66 Coliseum in Stroud. Stroud, above, scored 394.4 and finished in a tie for 12th with Ketchum in Class 2A while Chandler, top, scored 394.4 and finished 15th in Class 3A. The squads were scored on band dance, crowd leading and fight song. The state competition will be Saturday at Moore High School. The order will be Band Dance, Crowd Leading, and Fight Song.
