The Alpha Iota Chapter oftheDeltaKappaGamma Society International met Thursday, October 24, 2024, at the Chandler High School.President, Rachel Karger, called the meeting to order. Jean Lucas gave a devotional from “The Happy File” by LuAnn Prater.

Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity recently announced it promoted Reagan Carter, CPA, to chief financial officer. Carter, who currently lives in Choctaw, is originally from Meeker, Oklahoma.In a press release, Habitat said Carter previously served as their controller from February 2018.

Grotts Dan and Judy Grotts of Davenport, Oklahoma, married in Amarillo, Texas on June 19, 1964 and will commemorate their Diamond (60th) Anniversary on Wednesday. They have called Oklahoma home since 1969, raising two children, Ty and Pamela, three grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
