Meeker Quilters’ Guild

The Meeker Quilters’ Guild sponsored their 14th annual Summer Quilt Camp July 8-10. Mammoth Baptist Church graciously hosted the three-day event which was attended by 11 participants.This year, four adults joined the youth enrollment.

Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity recently announced it promoted Reagan Carter, CPA, to chief financial officer. Carter, who currently lives in Choctaw, is originally from Meeker, Oklahoma.In a press release, Habitat said Carter previously served as their controller from February 2018.

Grotts Dan and Judy Grotts of Davenport, Oklahoma, married in Amarillo, Texas on June 19, 1964 and will commemorate their Diamond (60th) Anniversary on Wednesday. They have called Oklahoma home since 1969, raising two children, Ty and Pamela, three grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
