Bench warrant issued in felony case

A $50,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Harrah man who failed to make his court appearance and who is facing a new felony and a misdemeanor.

Chandler teen Will Conley is surrounded by friends, family, and his medical teams welcoming him home on July 10 in the lobby of the Bethany Children’s Health Center in Bethany. After over 100 days spent in hospitals, Conley is finally returning to Chandler to continue his physical and occupational therapy. A registered dog breeder in Stroud has been arrested for animal cruelty and booked into Lincoln County Jail, according to the Stroud police chief.Chief Clint Gaylord said Jerry Hine, 83, owner and operator of Add Love Pets, LLC, was arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday.
