Well, Christmas break is over so it’s time to get back to work. I woke up this morning thinking about projects I would like to complete between now and May.

I was looking at a photo on the bookcase in our house this week that my wife had framed some time back. Not sure when we retrieved it from my parents’ house.
It was sometime after either dad died in 1988 or my mother’s passing in 2013.
The Prairie Pointe family has welcomed Leon Williams as the newest member of our family.
Leon was born and raised in Stroud by his mom Edith and stepfather Woodrow Sosbee. His real father died when he was two years old.
I read over the holiday that bluegrass guitar player and singer Tony Rice died.
It was a sad day for bluegrass fans in general and guitar players in particular.

Thanks to Kindra remembering, we stepped out to the porch Tuesday evening to see the Jupiter and Saturn form the Great Conjunction, aka the Christmas Star.
1. Update on “Quapaw 15 Project “Meeker Lake”
A. COVID 19 has all the offices in OKC closed that we have been talking to get information from. We know the surveying is completed and now we wait for them to put the study together.
Christmas Day 2020 is tomorrow. This is the time to be merry, it’s the time to be jolly.
It’s also the time to be spiritual, as local pastors frequently remind us is the reason for the season.
This calendar year with the COVID Pandemic and all won’t be forgotten by most people on earth today.
