A funeral will be held 2 p.m., Friday, April 2, 2021, for Ronald Edwin Edmonson of Meeker. Services will be at Lighthouse Holiness Church in Prague with burial following at New Hope Cemetery in Meeker. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
Edmonson was born February 1, 1945, in Fairfield, Calif. He died Monday, March 29, 2021, at home. He was 76 years old.
The son of Fred G.W. and Doris DeAun (Stearman) Edmonson, he married Joyce Morphew on October 15, 1965.
He was a 1963 graduate of Meeker High School and served in the Oklahoma National Guard. He retired from Tinker Air Force Base, Midwest City, Okla.
Survivors include his wife Joyce Edmonson of the home; his daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Darren Raines of Paden, Okla., Kerri and Troy Perkins of Meeker and Charity and Michael Rempel of Prague; eight grandchildren; one greatgrandson; and other family and friends.
