Curtis Michael Smith was born on August 5, 1999 and departed this life too soon on June 16, 2023.
Curtis was born to Randel Dean and Kellie Jo (Slimp) Smith in Cushing, OK. Curtis was a 2018 graduate of Stroud High School. After high school he pursued a career as a Pharmaceutical Technician. On December 18, 2021 he married his best friend Sevinah Meadows.
Curtis is preceded by grandparents Billie Mae Slimp, Bill Smith and Vera Smith.
Curtis leaves behind his wife Sevinah Smith; parents Randy and Kellie Smith; sister Sky Smith; and many more extended family and a host of friends.
