Joseph Guercio, a senior at Meeker High School competed at the United States Powerlifting Federation meet in Tulsa on September 11th. He lifted a state record total of 1179 pounds in breaking 3 state records with a Squat of 457 lbs, Bench 248 lbs, deadlift 474 lbs. This is a drug tested competition, so steroid free. Joseph broke the four state records in the 16-17 years old class at 220lbs. Joseph competes independently. Photo provided
