Theresa Marshall was born on July 28, 1963 to Billy Wade and Irene Lewis, who raised her on their farm just NE of Harrah with her three brothers, Wade, Martin, and Kevin Lewis.
She was born with a curious mind and gentle soul. As a single mother, she fought many battles and difficulties with cour age and determination. She spent her life giving all that was within her to her children and grandchildren. Although her determination and courage never waned, her body proved to be too weak to defeat the insidiousness of cancer and on June 15, 2022, she passed from this earth.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, but is survived by her husband of nearly twenty years, Billie Marshall; her brothers; her children, Stephanie, Jenifer, Courtney, and Billy Butts; and her grandchildren, Terry, Anna, Ricky, Kelson, Allison, Leyton, Katherine, and Cassius; with whom her legacy will live on.
There will be a Celebration of her life 2 pm Saturday, July 2, at the Wellston Christian Church.
